Also, today is the 10-year anniversary of Buffy the Vampire Slayer debuting on the WB. I'm currently only in the third season on DVD but can't wait to finish watching the rest of the show. It's truly one of the best shows ever to appear on television.

BTVS is really two separate series. Seasons 1-5 are one, it has a definite beginning and a very definite end. Seasons 6 & 7 are so different in tone that they really represent a second series. Most fans like 1-5, I do too, but I love the last two more. The single best episode - and the only one you can really have someone unfamilair with the series watch and really "get" is in season 6. You'll know it when you find it. Enjoy.
